Megan Overmann Goetz has been serving clients most recently in the areas of civil litigation and transactional law, though has a background in domestic, juvenile, and criminal law as well.  Prior to joining Pence and MacMillan, Megan served as a staff attorney/judicial law clerk for the Second Judicial District Courts of Wyoming.  Megan’s practice currently focuses on banking law, education/school law, and business law.  Megan is frequently asked to navigate legal issues and political waters for clients by offering guidance through multi-faceted transactions.  Megan also speaks and presents professionally on various legal topics and civic issues around the State.   As a member of Pence and MacMillan, coupled with a strong commitment to community service, Megan serves as a leader both within the legal community and the state of Wyoming.   Megan currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Business Council and has been past president of several community organizations, including the Laramie Economic Development Corporation and Rotary.  Megan was selected as the Business Person of the Year in 2012 and has been recognized on multiple occasions for her philanthropic endeavors.
