Mediation Services Provide In-House Peacemakers

March 2019 (Wyoming) – Pence and MacMillan LLC is pleased to offer foremost mediation services from our skilled and seasoned mediators, Retired Judge Jeffrey A. Donnell and Devon O’Connell.  Their mediation services are available for matters large and small, including personal injury, family law, real estate, trust administration, business complications and general civil actions across Wyoming.

O’Connell has practiced in the areas of family law and civil litigation for 17 years.  She obtained her 40-hour mediation training from CDR Associates in Boulder, Colorado.  She also successfully completed Advanced Mediation training for complex disputes at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.  She has extensive litigation and mediation experience across Wyoming.

 

Donnell spent 19 years litigating cases across Wyoming, and the next 20 years on the district court bench in the Second Judicial District.  He has succeeded in mediating countless cases. His unique approach and his experience from the bench provide litigants and attorneys a top notch mediation experience. His practice after retiring from the bench focuses solely on mediation.
